Linda Lane Thornton

The OCC is lucky to have so many dedicated Port Officers but two stood out this year.

A quote from the nomination of Linda Lane Thornton, PO for Terceira, ‘For us both, Linda has been a life-line and has gone completely beyond the call of duty by treating Tam O’Shanter as if it was her own. We can never thank her enough and so hope that our club can recognise her for being outstanding in her contribution as an exceptional Port Officer.’ She has been consistently named as a wonderful ambassador for OCC in the Azores.
