Not for the first time, it has been awarded to a recently elected member, Rebecca (Bex) Band, who received OCC Youth Sponsorship Programme support to enable her to make a passage across the North Sea from Gothenburg to Portsmouth aboard the 22m Tall Ship Adventures yacht Challenger 3.
