OCC Lifetime Award - 2024
Victor is the OCC’s Port Officer for the Northwest Passage. For two decades Victor has been assisting small boats attempting to transit the Northwest Passage. He draws on his vast knowledge of Arctic navigation to assist those rugged sailors attempting one of the world’s most challenging sailing passages. He provides these services free of charge and with great enthusiasm.
