Jon, Megan, Ronan (15) and Daxton (13) Schwartz were awarded the Barton Cup for their seamanship, as well as for their low-key approach to their adventures, much done in the difficult times of Covid lockdowns. They have been cruising full-time aboard their Boreal 47 since September 2017. They have sailed 35,000 NM in this time exploring Europe, the Caribbean, South America and Antarctica.
