David Read Barker and Lisa Borre

David Barker and Lisa Borre are keeping an excellent record of their voyages in Gyatso on their web site www.gyatso.net first in Canada in 2005, then the West Indies, then across to Iberia, and in 2009 for the Mediterranean and in 2010 the Black Sea.

They have taken an enormous amount of trouble in the presentation of this information and given permission for it to be accessed in detail from the OCC sponsored Cruising Information Community site.

They have written a marvellous account of their recent voyage along the North Coast of Turkey for Flying Fish. Their ports of call are well documented and the narrative supplemented with history and anecdotes, all the more to make their readers want to follow in their wake. This is what cruising information is all about!
