The OCC 15th Annual General Meeting in Annapolis - Cancelled

The Fifteenth Annual General Meeting of the Ocean Cruising Club Ltd will be held on Saturday 18 April 2020 at Graduate Hotel, 126 West St, Annapolis, MD 21401, United States commencing at 1130 EDT.

The meeting will consider the following:

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Minutes of the last AGM held on 6 April 2019.
3. Matters arising therefrom.
4. Commodore’s report.
5. Treasurer’s report.
6. To receive the financial statements for the year ended 30 November 2019, together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
7. To consider and vote a Special Resolution for amendment of the Club’s Articles of Association.
8. Election of Treasurer, Committee Members and Honorary Members.
9. Any other business that has been notified in advance of the meeting as prescribed by the Articles.

A call for members’ nominations for Treasurer and Committee Member positions and members’ resolutions was sent to members on 7 January 2020 with a closing date for acceptance of 4 February 2020.
Members wishing to request business to be addressed under Any Other Business should notify the Secretary in writing by 1200 BST on 3 April 2020.

Provision will be made for a Postal/Electronic Ballot in accordance with Article 38.

Please note that only Full members in good standing may vote in the postal/electronic ballot or at the Meeting. This requires that 2020 subscriptions must have been received by the Club before 1200 EDT on 17 April 2020.
