Passport 40
The Passport 40 comes from the first generation of performance cruisers designed by Robert Perry when he introduced the Valiant 40. The difference for the Passport 40 is in the underbody in the use of the transom over his usual double ended stern.
The first Passport 40 was built in 1980 and the last one in 1991 with 148 being produced. Antara is #144 built in 1989. The Passport 40 is said to have sensible interiors and quality Taiwanese build.
Living area includes L shaped settee surrounding a teak table and a single settee opposite.
The engine is located under the saloon table and easily accessible.
There are two fuel tanks. Original tank is 70 gallons and additional tank is 27 gallons.
