Since buying the yacht in January 2017 we have sailed around the Eastern and Western Caribbean finishing in the Rio Dulce, Guatemala. We have sailed about 5000 miles and fitted an engine hour counter which now reads around 400 hours since May 2017. The previous owners had not used her much so she is in very good order and has never been chartered.

Price now includes standalone Rainman watermaker and generator new in 2018.

Since buying her we have maintained, improved and renewed various parts such as:
Raymarine A9 chartplotter February2017
New CQR anchor & 70 m 10mm chain
Lewmar 150 w windlass.
Rigging checked and repair 2018.
Wind generator – Rutland 914i February 2019
Restitched bimini and spray hood(dodger) new centre piece for full protection.
Main sail restitched
Lazy bag restitched and repaired
New domestic batteries October 2018.
Water separator and extra fuel filter fitted
New sea water impeller housing & new exhaust elbow May 2018.

New Budget Marine dinghy
Suzuki 6hp 4 stroke outboard 2017
All new crockery & cutlery plus bedding and linen 2017 & 2018
Second hand Magna gas BBQ fitted on pushpit.

The yacht has two gas lockers in rear cockpit. Two large cockpit lockers containing tools, diesel and petrol cans. Also spare oils, cleaning equipment, snorkelling equipment, emergency tiller, bolt cutters, radar reflector, deck broom, hose, buckets etc.

Wind generator and 3 solar panels with battery monitor provides electric power when engine not in use.

The internal layout, as you can see by the photos, is very clean, bright, spacious and is in good order. The galley has an efficient fridge unit, new gas hob and cooker, double sink and a lot of storage space in the eye level lockers and under the seats. There is over 6' headroom through saloon and front cabin plus entrance to both rear cabins.

The batteries are under the seat in front of the chart table and are easily accessible as is all the wiring behind the electric panel. There is a flat screen TV which we would link to a laptop computer for films but there is wiring in place for external reception. There is a laptop previously used for navigation but has lots of music on which can be linked and played through the music system, radio and CD player.

The two heads are very similar to wet rooms with sink and shower unit plus Jabsco pump toilet systems. The front cabin has a small wardrobe, eye level lockers, a double bed with shelving either side, storage space and water tanks underneath, The en-suite heads is spacious, bright and easy to maintain.
